Dear Microsoft,
WHY does Microsoft not fix ongoing problems with Windows 11? I am talking about the Windows 11 email app where I/we often receive email in html in my aol email account. Those emails are completely unreadable. This has been going on for months!
I just got one of those emails. It was from my CARDIOLOGIST'S OFFICE. I could not read it, it was in html.
Seriously, Microsoft?
Yes, I went online and directly went to aol.com, logged in, and the same email was readable. That being the case, why do we need a stupid Windows 11 email app if it doesn't work??? And WHY don't y-o-u fix it, Microsoft?
And, no, it is not our problem to fix. it's your problem to fix and we shouldn't have to try and fix it, which I can't do anywhere as I am non technical am not an MBA or a PhD graduate in technology Or an 11-year-old.
Months later, the problem continues unfixed. Today, I got an email from my pharmacy re my upcoming Covid test - and couldn't read the email. It was in f-ing html!
UPDATE: Microsoft is doing away with their email app and replacing it with their Outlook email app. It is cumbersome and slow.
