I have been applying to various large retail corporations as a potential supplier of an artistic product I created.
The product is a digital download of 10 of my fine art photos. A DIY product. I think it would be a terrific offering for people who are decorating or redecorating their home or office or commercial establishment. The large retailer could offer my digital download online; all 10 photos for $19.95. Buyers can use any one, or all, of the photos. And even gift them to family and friends. A great deal!

What I didn't see included were Jews. Or the elderly. I am both. What, American Jews aren't a minority, and the victims of lifelong anti-Semitism and discrimination? Jews comprise a mere 2.4% of the US population. Hispanics comprise 18.7% of the US population. Blacks comprise 12.4%. Asian-Americans comprise 7.2%. LGBT persons comprise 7% of the US population. Women comprise 51% of the population, hardly a minority.
And the elderly don't deserve priority? Suppliers who are 75 years old and older are gonna die sooner rather than later. They don't deserve priority due to age? They don't deserve to be honored for experience and wisdom?
Going through the application to become a supplier to woke corporate America, as an old Jewish American, part of a 2.4% minority, I felt left out, excluded, discriminated against.
Jews and the elderly seem to be excluded from US diversity and inclusion priority programs. They should be included!
