So far, in the year 2026 everything in technology is fuct up.
Today I could not access my 173 user names and passwords stored in my Norton 360 app. I could not access any websites et all without access to the stored info. I spend an hour in Chat until it was "fixed". For how long I don't know.
Then, after I had my log in info restored, I wanted to message one of my doctors. Their website would not load.
After years of working well my Amazon Fire tablet suddenly refused to open any of the Netflix shows I wanted to continue to watch. I was able to contact Amazon tech support and they had to reset the Netflix app. Who knew?
My Apple iPhone had an update and it changed the icon for the camera. I didn't know that and couldn't find the camera on my iPhone. It took me 30 minutes to discover the change. FU Apple!
I had to check on a refill prescription at my CVS pharmacy. Their website was not working. I called the store and got a bot. The bot checked and did not find a prescription refill for the drug, though I requested that onlne like 5 days before. I became very angry and frustrated as the bot kept asking me the wrong questions and I could not access the pharmacy. I was running out of the pills I had and needed a new supply ASAP. I had to call CVS corporate headquarters in order to get it done. Ridiculous!
I have been an Amazon member for decades. I am even an Amazon Prime member. Today, I wanted to buy something on their site but could not log in. The fucking 2-step verification did not send me a text with the fucking code! I tried like 5 times. no success. And I could not phone them as someone was sleeping in the room. Then, I decided to contact Amazon via live chat and see if they could resolve the issue.
I COULD NOT FIND OUT HOW TO CONNECT WITH A LIVE FUCKING HUMAN AT AMAZON TO CHAT AND FIX THE FUCKING PROBLEM.
As a result, I am 100% frustrated and angry. And Amazon lost a sale. FU Amazon.
So far this year NOTHING in technology works right. Not one fucking thing! Not my Windows 11 laptop. Not my f-ing iPhone smart dumb phone. And pretty much every fucking website I visit does not work right and causes huge frustration. And there's so many bugs that do NOT get fixed by the f-ing technology companies!
